Florida Medical Clinic’s Spine and Spinal Deformity Division offers excellence in care to adult and pediatric patients, providing the most comprehensive and effective treatments for spine disorders and injuries.
Reconstructive spine surgery is of particular value in treating patients afflicted with multi-level degenerative problems, particularly those due to underlying genetic spine disease in which neurological impairment has occurred. Reconstruction is also of great value in salvaging and rebuilding failed back and neck surgeries. Our goal is to correct deformities and relieve the painful and often debilitating symptoms caused by herniated discs, scoliosis, spinal tumors, compression fractures, and spinal trauma. As the official team physician to the Tampa Bay Lightning, as well as many local college and high school teams, we are trained to care for athletes of all levels. Our goal is to provide personal attention and individualize treatment to meet the needs of each of our patients by utilizing cutting edge technology and state of the art rehabilitation technology.
